Since joining PSC in May 2017 as Head of Business Development, Shivani has been involved in the promotion, deployment, and customer engagement side of PSC's hands-free safety and hand-injury mitigation product range.
Her work connects customer requirements, field application knowledge, product availability, logistics, pricing, and implementation discussions — bridging the gap between the technical content produced under Hand Safety First® and the industrial customers applying it on the ground.
A significant part of this work has involved growing PSC's hands-free safety range into international markets. Under her commercial leadership, PSC's Hands-Free Range has been deployed in over 40 countries — across oil and gas, metals, offshore and marine, drilling, heavy engineering, ports, and manufacturing environments.
This export and account management experience gives her direct understanding of how hand-safety challenges present across different industrial cultures, regulatory environments, and procurement frameworks.
Webinars and direct industry engagement are a core part of how Hand Safety First® resources reach industrial safety teams. Shivani coordinates and supports this engagement — working with safety managers, plant teams, procurement teams, and operations leads across sectors including oil and gas, steel, aluminium, offshore, heavy engineering, and ports.
Shivani's commercial background includes managing large, complex accounts across multiple countries — handling both the relationship and the logistical coordination that large industrial supply and safety programmes require. This experience supports HSF's engagement with organisations that are at different stages of their hand-safety journey.
PSC Group operates across three geographies — India, the Gulf, and the USA — and Shivani holds active positions in each entity. This structure allows PSC Hand Safety India to support customers with local-market knowledge, regional logistics capability, and international sourcing reach.
This multi-entity structure supports global sourcing, international delivery coordination, rig spares supply, and the hands-free safety tool export programme that has placed PSC products across more than 40 countries.
